Schedule a no obligation consultation with Christy & Company Florist. Whether
in our boutique, your venue, your home, phone, email or simply over a cup of coffee, we can meet with you at your convenience!
 
It’s helpful, but not necessary, to bring the following with you to your consultation.

1. Bring pictures of flowers and floral designs that you feel capture your style or you simply like. The easiest way to find pictures is on line or in bridal magazines. If you find pictures of things you do not like bring them as well. Make a notation on each picture as to what you like or dislike about them. This will help us understand your personal style.
Bring pictures of the brides dress and attendant’s dresses and any color swatches that you are trying to coordinate your flowers with.

 2. Bring a list of:

·      All the people you would like to supply with corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets.

·      Number of pews or chair rows at ceremony location

·      Number of tables at reception including guest, head, and cake tables.

 During your consultation we will guide you and help you choose the best flowers and designs to complement our style and accent the season of your event.  We also provide you with a contract for services that covers delivery, transportation from ceremony to reception, rental fees and cancellation.  We help take the stress out of choosing the perfect flowers and designs

3. With in 1 week of your consultation we will send you a detailed proposal/quote which will itemize and describe the flowers, styles and designs you selected for your event and all cost associated with making your style bloom.  Many times, our wedding and event designer will sketch custom ideas for centerpieces and larger designs so that you have a visual of what you will be getting.

4. We require a 25% or $200 (which ever is greater) deposit to save your date no later than 14 business days from the presentation of your floral quote. After 14 days of presenting your quote, we reserve the right to book based on the order in which we receive deposits. We offer flexible payment options including check, cash and all major credit cards.

5. Two weeks prior to your events date, a follow up consultation will be scheduled. This can be done over the phone or in person, which ever you choose. Any adjustments will be discussed at this time and all details finalized. The delivery times and locations will also be finalized. Final payment is due at this time.

* We can accommodate any event on short notice. Any event that is booked within 4 weeks of the event date require a 50% non refundable deposit and must be paid in full within 1 week of receiving your proposal.
